This combination enables many of our customers to rely on TEAL as the power subsystem engineering arm of their company, allowing our customers to focus on their specific areas of expertise.
TEAL’s Engineering teams combine electrical and mechanical engineering, drafting, modeling, and a variety of other aspects of engineering, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations within TEAL, as well as with our customers. TEAL’s Engineering expertise includes:

The engineering services offered by TEAL are as varied as the industries we serve. From creating large units that are rated at >200kVA and as large as a refrigerator to smaller 500VA units the size of a small shoebox, every TEAL solution is unique.
TEAL utilizes a solid modeling software program that makes virtual prototyping a reality. Quick changes, especially prevalent in the custom manufacturing world, can be accomplished on the fly. Producing high-density designs is a particular strength of solid modeling. Components can be placed much closer together because interference is easily detected which results in smaller footprints for our customers. Other advantages are reduced cycle time and improved serviceability, and speed.
TEAL also utilizes a proprietary transformer design software package that allows us to do custom and semi-custom designs very quickly with excellent results. Ultra low impedance designs are one of our strengths.
