Program teams consist of several team members from the various departments at TEAL to best serve our OEM customer base.
The objective of the Program Team is to focus on each OEM customer or market segment to streamline communication and the flow of information to better serve the OEM customer before, during, and after a purchase.
Each of our OEM customers and market segments has a dedicated program team that is here to assist you.
Each team consists of:
1. Account Manager – The person that has strategic responsibility for the account, the go-to person.
2. Customer Service Representative – The person that works with the customer on order details and day-to-day tactical requirements.
3. Technical Support/Applications Engineering – The person to deal with for technical support or design details. The technical liason between the customers engineering team and TEAL’s engineering team.
