Modern printing presses have evolved into very sophisticated computer controlled machines. At the same time that large 3-phase motors are running huge amounts of material through the presses, the computer controls are meticulously and precisely laying the high resolution inks into exactly the right spot in exactly the right amounts. This balance of large power with high precision requires a very clean electrical power source to produce the best results.

TEAL has developed specialized power conditioning systems which supply clean power to the modern power sensitive large digital printing presses. Poor quality power can be created from both outside the plants as well as from inside the pressrooms when other presses are starting and stopping, creating harmful harmonics. Press down-time is reduced and system components last longer utilizing the TEAL PDU.
